Mr. DeSantis, who resides in Arnold, MD, focuses his practice on all aspects of litigation. He has extensive experience handling claims involving automobile negligence, medical malpractice, boating accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, serious personal injury, products liability, and intentional torts. He also handles business contracts and commercial litigation. He has tried numerous jury trials throughout Maryland and D.C. involving negligence and intentional torts.
